I know some of you didn't approve of the Harrison Ford commercial with Corduroy. Hopefully you approve of this one.

Wow, nice job Ed!! I don't like the whole idea of Pearl Jam/Ed in commericals *cough*offer for viagra i believe? hehe*cough*, but when it goes to such a great cause.... I'm all for it!
I could probably say that cancer has effected all of us here on the board in some way or another, and it's great to see something like this!

Awesome.I pledge to you a government that will not only work well, but wisely, its ability to act tempered by prudence, and its willingness to do good, balanced by the knowledge that government is never more dangerous than when our desire to have it help us blinds us to its great power to harm us.

These are the cases the celebrities should take part in.

oh sorry. thanks for the correction.*~Pearl Jam will be blasted from speakers until morale improves~*0 -
Rise was a perfect choice for this PSA and as a friend of a brain cancer survivor I really appreciate Ed's involvement.
On another note, am I the only one who didn't have a problem with the Harrison Ford commercial? We all know the PJ boys are big conservationists, why shouldn't they lend their music to a good cause. Is Harrison Ford himself the problem? If so, why? He's one of the most iconic actors of our time... I mean he's friggin Han Solo & Indiana Jones! He's been in 7 of the highest grossing films of all time (and possibly #8 is on the way if Crystal Skull does as well as it's expexcted)... you never see him in tabloids or on TMZ, he keeps to himself... what's not to like about him?Camden 8/28/1998; Jones Beach 8/24/2000; Camden 9/1/2000; Camden 9/2/2000; Albany 4/29/2003; New York 7/8/2003; Vancouver 9/2/2005; Atlantic City 10/1/2005; Albany 5/12/2006; E. That's a great bunch of folks in that PSA. But, it wouldn't make half the impact without the song. Thanks Ed!
By the way, I also heard Tuolumne as a music button on NPR a week or so ago.0
