    I haven't had Taco Bell in at least five years, I prefer places like Qdoba for this sort of food.

    No negativity here, sorry if I came across that way. Just saying that the "healthy" label is used on a lot of things, and people will generally fall for it.

    But hey if they are just as tasty, they are definitely healthier then the normal menu :)

    Unfortunately there isn't a Taco Bell around here so have one for me!

    Agreed that there is a high sodium content, but as someone who has recently started Weight Watchers the calories, fat, and dietary fiber make them a desireable fast food.
