this one isn't horribly striking, except i was just organizing some photos to frame and came across this one...it's a waterfall in the town where my dad grew up in northern spain when i went years ago. it was such a soothing place to be, and the fact it's where his side of the family is from, it means even more to mehttp://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a370/chiquimonkey/waterfall.jpg 0 -

it's one of the calmest places i've been to....the first time i went i was 8, and i remember as clear as day walking thru the town with my dad, and the sky was completely lit up with stars. was a visual that hit me deep. it's one of those moments where you wish you could stick a chip in your ear and download the image or something haha
to go back as an adult, and see it all so lush and green, and feel that connection in my blood...i absolutely can't wait to go back sometime soon 0 -
