You know I just gotta ask, what makes McCain the lesser of the two evils?
Like what makes McCain better than Obama?

and I'm sure you know that I support none of them.

LOL. That's funny Brain. Everyone should remember to vote on Tuesday no matter who you are supporting. And if some Republicans forget to vote don't worry, they will probably fix the election to where their candidate wins anyway. I'm kidding. Don't think that will happen this year, unlike 2000 and 2004.

This message is relevant for Democrats or Obama supporters too. Obama hasn't won yet. Make sure you get your ass out there and vote for him.

resistance is futile, vote, please vote, but no way we are going to allow republicans to continue destroying this country with ignorance and fear.

I'm not voting for either one of them either, but for me, McCain is the lesser of two evils due to his economic policies. I am very much against the whole "spread the wealth around" philosophy of Obama. I think it will do bad things to our economy.

While I hope Obama wins, I don't think either is the lesser of two evils.. Sara Palin is the main reason I hope to god McCain does NOT win.

Taxing people who make more money than they really need, and putting the money back in the hands of people who don't have any to spend, will only help the economy. 99% of us make less than 250k a year. Raising the taxes on the people making over 250k will not hurt them. Trust me, the people Obama wants to tax more are not living paycheck to paycheck.

Joe the plumber who makes more than 250k and still manages to owe back taxes is a moron.

    ...
I live in the center of 'Reagan Country'... I work in the Military Industrial Complex... and I am a registered Republican.
And I am going to vote Tuesday... just as I have for every Presidential Election since 1976. And I am going to vote for Barak Obama.
    WHAT? WHY?
Well, because I am an American... no, a Human first, then an American, then a Pearl Jam Fan, then a music lover, then a Dodgers Fan... being 'Republican' is so far down on my list of descriptors that it doesn't even make the Top 20.
I don't vote for the Political Party... I don't automatically pick the candidate either party tells me I should I should vote. I vote the candidate... not the party... always have and always will.
And guess what? A lot of those Republicans I know and work with (which includes hundreds of Miltary personel, both current and retired) that feel exactly the same way I do. We are not 'betraying' the Republican Party... the Republican Party has force us to leave with their words and actions of the past 8 years.
When the Conservative Values move away from large, intrusive government, wild, uncontrolled spending, War of choosing, not of necessity and if they want to have Man-Boy or Man-Man sex in public restrooms... don't fucking lie to us about it... because most of us really don't give a shit about that crap. We place more value of a person's character than his choice of a sex partner. When all of that stops... then, we will come back.
And hoisting up a M.I.L.F. to try to lure us back is rather insulting to us. It may work on the back end of the Bell Curve, but it don't work on us.

Since when is it your decision or the governments to tell people how much "they really need"?

Worst line of reasoning I've seen.

    "need" is fairly obvious.

we need to eat. we need a place to sleep. we need to live. we need clothes.

I disagree. Unfairly taxing the higher end of personal and corporate income does two major things to hurt the economy - it de-incentivizes people and companies to better themselves and it incentivizes companies to move their plants and workforce elsewhere.

Besides, wanting higher taxes on a different group of people for no other reason than spite is just plain childish (if you are just calling for higher taxes and do not have specific allotments for those funds, that is what you're doing)

Also who determines if people are "making more money than they really need"?? If you ask me, almost everyone in this country is making more than they need to survive other places in the world.

It's funny, but still a low, Rovian tactic. Let's lie. It'll be funny. Just like our other lies, like people will cover us with flowers in Iraq. We're still bent over a barrel on that one. Voter suppression...it's a riot!

November 4th, the one and only election day. Just to clarify for anyone who has trouble with humor in English.

It was never in their hands to begin with. I bust my ass to support my family and I don't want any government handouts. We should all be able to support ourselves, not expect those who work harder/earn more to support us.
