I don't watch television.
Books, documentaries and reading intellectual background articles on the internet from various authors.Progress is not made by everyone joining some new fad,
and reveling in it's loyalty. It's made by forming coalitions
over specific principles, goals, and policies.

that's not irrational. it just pisses you off that i'm focusing on something that is damaging to paul's messianic sheen. much of the rest of his stand-up routine is equally appalling to me, but this particular topic is what the thread is about. (see thread title.)"Ladies and gentlemen, the President of the United States, Barack Obama."

To each their own, but considering how far back the US is in the sciences having a president who doesn't believe in something as basic as the theory of evolution can't help.
And for any intelligent person to vote for someone who doesn't believe in evolution in this day and age is pretty pathetic if you ask me.

i agree, but the internet has plenty of crap, too. i'm not so sure these paul followers are filtering through the bs in their zeal to raise him up as infallable."Ladies and gentlemen, the President of the United States, Barack Obama."

That' far from everything involved as far as information collecting is concerned.

but did those trees evolve from different species? ahh, there's the question.
come on, anyone who seriously doesn't see the validity of evolution should NOT be running the country. ANY country, for that matter."Ladies and gentlemen, the President of the United States, Barack Obama."

listen to this, but actually digest it into your thought processing matrix..hehe
then rationalize it, and realize what the reality is.

The fact that no anti-racism activists have called the guy out after all these years is a good indication.
Also the fact that a publisher (Ron Paul) of a newsletter is not the same as an editor, and publishers hire editors for specific reasons.
Plus the guys re-election record, and his black voter support is extremely high.
I'm one of those people that believe actions do in fact speak louder than (a few) misprinted words.Progress is not made by everyone joining some new fad,

the first point is the only one that i agree with and if you look at my posts i don't believe that RP is a racist
now concerning point 2. ask your self a question you write a book that is then edited and your editor likes the book but then the publisher doesn't will the book be released from that publisher? i think not
point #3 what polls show his high black vote? think about that
Point #4 like teh action of publishing more from what i have read than a "few misprinted words"People demand freedom of speech to make up for the freedom of thought which they avoid."

Publisher....publishes...editor....edits. Publisher does not edit, the editor does, otherwise he would be called an editor.
Not single black person is calling RP racist. In fact the president of the NAACP is saying the exact opposite.
actions...words...how many words?...splitting hairs.
Really nothing left to this story.Progress is not made by everyone joining some new fad,
