They only sent it on the 15th of May. But it didn't matter cos I already had the download (and retail) versions :D
$100 for a screenprinted hoodie that's not official is a bit steep I reckon. Wasn't it listed for $60 in the past? I'm not even sure the $130 I paid for the 10C hoodie is worth it but it's too late now. It is a really nice hoodie though. I would still pay the extra $30 and get that rather than that bootleg one off trademe.

The 10Club hoodie is definitely worth it, I’ve had my since march and I love it, but it is a bit too big on me. The last couple of months in Queenstown it’s been getting a hell of a lot of use

It's definitely good quality, I don't feel ripped off or anything. I'm just not sure I needed it, but I couldn't resist. oops!

I see what you mean, and yeah mine was 60 bucks. Ithink what they're doing now is some guys have paid 100 so they're kicking on with it.
My only problem with the merch in the 10C catalogue is that they're not shown on people being worn, they're digital images. Its a little bit harder to see what they're like when they're like this. ALthough that hoodie does look sweet.
I really want that beanie on there too, but seems a bit expensive. My Binaural beanie provides warmth but doesnt look too flash

I bid on this, and then saw all the other ones. :(

A small girl smiles...one eyelid flickers, she whips a pistol from her knickers. She aims it at the preacher's head. And run (run, bang) she shoots him dead.
  • All the other ones? Theres not more than one womans top is there? All the rest of em are for 110kg guys if all the shirts ive bought are anything to go by. My 10C shirt fits not bad but its a bit big (im 85kgs but like it not loose) another is ridiculously big and another is a bit big too.
Haha you did know thats a girls shirt right? Its a wicked girls shirt however.

Nope, the old man says he hasnt heard Life Wasted and he listens most of the day. He loves Life Wasted after I played it for him at his place, great taste gets past down generations clearly. Might even give him my 2nd 10C seat if he keeps up the good work (and gets past his Ten cd I gave him and listens to the others I bought him..but hes stuck on Jeremy/Black/Even Flow)

Not I, I thought about it but the band line-up looked shite. Good to hear Life Wasted was on C4 though...sucks it had a Paris Hilton tag on it.

Start paying your visa cards off - the concert is a go!

How do i know? The band has confirmed their accomodation in Auckland.

Here is what I think will happen

Vector will open in September - with a concert from Split Enz (not yet confirmed).

Pearl Jam will play in Auckland in early November.

If you dont believe me fine - but I did bring the news of the vector arena show and the issues with steel to this message board, and I do have a number of good sources. I wont be trying to justify myself, I feel no need to, but what I have said so far has proved pretty right

    A solitary YAY
Just For Today, I Am Free...
  • I got this from the rock after I requested Life Wasted.

    "G'Day Brendan,

The reason we haven't chucked "Life Wasted" on is because "World Wide Suicide" is still going particularly well in NZ. "World Wide Suicide" didn't even make it in to the top 10 on Active Rock airplayin the U.S, which is probably why they've released a second single two months after the first.

    Hope this helps... "
  • i think by july/august we should have some definitive news on pearl jam playing here
