    the whole concept of shock and awe is the targeting of civilians, make them feel unsafe...

    they DO bomb the shit out of places, true, it may not be carpet bombs but they do for days, weeks...and they use cluster bombs were a large % don't explode on impact...they wait for a kid or someone to find them....

    and out of the 4 bombs dropped in the opening strike of this invasin of iraq 3 completely missed their targets and hit civillian areas, instead

    it's like firing a machine gun in a crowd and saying 'well why the hell are you so mad, i wasn't trying to hit anyone but that 1 bad guy!'
