    This commentary is all great and all, but my question is... why didn't he say it BEFORE the Act was signed into law... when people might actually be able to do something about it?

    What good is it now?

    I completely agree. Too bad that document was turned into a "living document" and therefore is now subject to the whims of whomever is in power.

    I've seen his commentaries before, but this is the first one I see which mentions the Military Commissions Act. Maybe I'm wrong. If he warned the people about what was about to happen, maybe before the Act came to a vote on the floor so people could call their representatives, please let me know.     Im just as curious as to how THIS post contributed anything, besides to make me aware of how much you dislike my commentaries. Thanks for chipping in.

    My thoughts? Olberman wasnt even a good sportscaster, and he's a joke of a newscaster. I care more about YOUR opinion than I do his.

    you spent all your time killing the messenger and no time on the issue at hand. ANY thoughts at all on your loss of rights to a fair trial? Any thoughts at all on giving the president the power to "dissapear" people he considers to political ene... um I mean enemy combatants?
