    you wouldnt have. tough shit. just like it's tough shit that most of the middle class earns too much to be eligible for any sort of college loan, but nowhere near enough to actually pay tuition.

    I think we agree? I owe tons- still- in College loans. I'm not angy about it by any means. Truly enjoy giving people a "hand-up" -when in fact some prefer a "hand-out." Never believed that until I gew up, got a job, and became a Social Worker. Progress comes one tiny baby-step at a time. Therefore - I have absolutely no confidence with Hillary, Obama, or McCain. Looks like I will end up having to vote for the lesser of all evils. At this point 0 not quite sure whom that would be.

    no, we dont agree. i think anything obama can do to reduce the cost of college tuition is a good thing, including linking it to community service. just becos you wouldnt have been able to benefit from it doesn't make it a bad idea. i wouldn't have benefited either. i had a full ride to college.

    That makes little sense. Why is it leaning towards Spanish anyway? Illegal aliens come from all countries.

    I see you support Obama. Do you think or do you just watch a lot of TV? What has he done to deserve your vote or is his charisma blinding you? Do you like being taxed out of your mind or is it just enough that he talks about 'change' and says we will get out of Iraq?

    i wont vote for obama, but it's got nothing to do with taxes. im just like you and hate all non-white anglo-saxon protestants. this is a white christian country and im sick of these spics and poles coming in, stealing our jobs, and increasing our crime rates. i say you and me start patrolling the border with shotguns. you in?

    The "smokey room" scenario has been and continues to be one of my biggest fears as well. It may all come down to what happens in about nine days. If hillary loses either Texas or Ohio, i agree with what seems to be the general consensus that she's done. i don't see her trying to fight it at that point. If she pulls out both ohio and texas, look for the party insiders to start lighting up.
