    It's looking like we'll have to wait until tomorrow for an announcement. Probably best not to get too excited before bed anyway.

    not 6 o'clock in Seattle yet...they used to have the posters on sale at exactly that time!
    they might just fire it off before leaving the office...so as to leave all the questions for tomorrow.

    Well...I guess the bird reference is the 10Club Logo...and singing the blues... maybe it's another mystery poster sale with posters that only feature blue... And lets not forget that the Pearl Jam album cover is blue...hmmmm....

    Whatever...I just hope they make it to Seattle and Vancouver (BC)! That would be tweeet/sweeeeet!

    Well I wont speak for anyone, but Im willing to bet that being that this country seems to be split between blue and red. And knowing how the band feels about our president and the administration. I think its time for some serious consciousness raising and fundraising to get ready for 2008.

    So my call is Pearl Jam teaming up with Rage Against The Machine somehow...somewhere....

    Watching Eddie swing his way around a dingy club in Tijuana Mexico by the pipes/plumbing. He was at least 30 feet up. He stopped on one of the speaker stacks...made some hand gestures for people to catch him and did a backward swan dive from 20 feet up... UNFREAKING believable

    Ok...someone has probably already made this guess....

    Could it be a House of Blues bootleg (with Robert Plant) being released from the vault? The bird is also the logo for Basecamp, and people have been requesting that the HOB Hurricaine relief show be released...

    Bird (basecamp) + blue = HOB bootleg

    Just a thought...although another tour would be nice, too...

    Didn't they use the bird thing for many earlier messages to us to be prepared for some news?!
    so I think the bird does not have any meaning except following their routine

    i don't think they'd ask us to be sure that our 10c memberships were up to date if it were a vault recording. i do wish they'd put up some more stuff though.

    I am guesing a small tour of Euro and US festivals.

    But I also think they will also do a few Pearl Jam gigs. Maybe a few down south, Boston, Seattle, and Alpine valley. 11 nights at Alpine

    wir wollen nicht lange drumherum reden – wir erfüllen uns, und hoffentlich auch vielen von euch, einen Traum -> Pearl Jam werden im kommenden Sommer das HURRICANE (SOUTHSIDE) Festival headlinen. Letztes Jahr ist das achte Studioalbum der Band unter dem schlichten Titel "Pearl Jam" veröffentlicht worden. Mit Produzent Adam Kasper, der bereits als Co-Produzent am letzten Album "Riot Act" mitgewirkt hatte, setzten Eddie Vedder (Gesang, Gitarre), Jeff Ament (Bass), Stone Gossard (Gitarre), Mike McCready (Gitarre), Matt Cameron (Schlagzeug) und Boom Gaspar (Keyboards) auf das bewährte Studioteam der letzten Veröffentlichungen. Zusammen mit der Band mischte Kaspar, der in seiner Karriere bereits mit und für die Foo Fighters, Nirvana, Soundgarden, Weezer und Queens Of The Stone Age gearbeitet hatte, das gute Dutzend Songs auch ab. Die Aufnahmen zu "Pearl Jam" fanden im "Studio X" in Seattle statt. Im Rahmen der Welttournee 2006 absolvierten Pearl Jam 23 Konzerte in Europa und erreichten dabei knapp 500.000 Zuschauer. Die Pioniere des Grunge haben seit 1991 weltweit rund 60 Millionen Alben verkauft und gelten damit als eine der erfolgreichsten Bands der vergangenen Jahre.

    Wir basteln aktiv am weiteren Programm und freuen uns auf Bestätigungen in den kommenden Tagen und Wochen.

    (and the fact that they cancelled their appearance on Pink Pop)
