Jesse Jackson calls for Seinfeld boycott

Sorry if this has been posted, but this is just crazy!! Ok, what Michael Richards did was wrong, I hate the n word, its a horrible word, but what the hell does banning Seinfeld have to do with it? Richards has problems, and I'm not sticking up for him, but I know that the guys that were heckling him could have yelled as many racist comments towards him and no one would have cared. You heard someone yell "cracker ass mother fucker, but who cares? All I am saying is, why do african americans get so offended by this word when a white man uses, but when a rapper says it, he sells 10 million records. Once again, I know it may sound like I'm justifying what Richards did, but I'm not, he was wrong to say what he did, but I think they are just going overboard, I mean he did apologize.

    I like how Jesse Jackson can spout out anti-semitic shit like calling New York Hymie-Town but anti-black remarks call for the boycotting of a show with a jewish centered character.. I think Jackson has some racial issues of his own to resolve...

    People need to move on. It's over and done with. He said the n-word and got caught on tape. I'm Black and have been called n-word, unfortuntely, many times by some of my patients at my old clinic. Needless to say they were no longer my patients after we "fired" them from our practice. It was over and done with, and life moved on. Was I supoosed to boycott my clinic because we took care of racist pacients? I don't think so. We tried to deal with it on an individual basis and moved on. What's done is done

    If you remember my comments on the original Michael Richards topic on here, I most certainly was not defending him. But one question. How exactly do you boycott Seinfeld? Do you boycott the dvds of it? Boycott the local channels that show it in syndication? What? Because Seinfeld stopped having new episodes 81/2 years ago

    Jesse is free to call for anything he wishes, but in my opinion he's as racist at Michael Richards. He's just building more divisiveness.
