    Who the fuck is Vincent Gallo?

    EDIT: And also, whats so great about this Arcade Fire group everyone keeps telling me about? Whats a good song to turn me onto them? I've heard them on Sirius and XM but the songs I heard didn't click with me.

    Christina Ricci has slammed Hollywood star Vincent Gallo, branding him "a crazy lunatic man." The actress, who worked with the actor/director on his semi-autobiographical movie Buffalo 66 in 1998, admits she was shocked and upset by Gallo's decision to retrospectively criticize her weight as a teenager a number of years later.

    Yeah, that's why PJ's still touring and making albums succesfully, and Courtney Love's cut up her face and puffed up her lips beyond recognition and has completely lost her voice and barely sells five figures worth of solo records. Preach on, Brother Gallo.

    And I really liked Live Through This, but it's pretty clear that Courtney Love was riding the talents of others, everything she's done since her relationships w/Kurt & Billy Corgan have been absolute shite.

    On a side note, my favorite part of the whole Ebert/Gallo debate was Ebert's responses.

    After calling Ebert a "fat pig": "It is true that I am fat, but one day I will be thin and you will still be the director of The Brown Bunny."

    And after Gallo wished prostate cancer on Ebert:
    "I had a colonoscopy once, and they let me watch it on TV. It was more entertaining than The Brown Bunny."

    I've never liked Gallo as a man, but I like some of his work even if he tries too hard (I have one of his records - it's sh*t) . He was one of Johnny Ramone's best friends and inspired some of PJ Harvey's dirtier and angrier songs so he can't be all bad. He just has an opinion, even if it is ridiculous!

    I like Gallo. He's is a complete wanker and hates everyone but he's amusing for the most part and Buffalo 66 is a great film. He has only made the one good film though. His music is also excellent. He says himself, the reason why he is such a dickhead is that he has self-esteem issues.

    Listening to the Buffalo 2013 gig in Buffalo and they pretty much praise the guy. Do they know of the Gallo Hate that he is noted for. I just hope Gallo doesn't wish Cancer on Pearl Jam. We all know what happened to Ebert. :)

    I booed when Ed mentioned his "favorite" Buffalonian this year. VG is a dick. I thought for sure Ed was gonna say Tim Russert. He was, and remains to be, probably one of the coolest Buffalonians in our little history.
