After all this BS, the Dem's don't have a prayer to win now.

Bitch all you want, cry all you want, bash me all you want,

Hillary can't beat Obama, and he just sealed his fate with all this Wright bullshit. Not to mention Farrakahan.

    I fucking love it.
    LOL

Not that I want mcCain either, but he will do over those two.

    I think that's Great too.

We need a Republican in there trying to clean this mess this current administration has created. At least they can't blame how bad things will get on NOONE else other than themselves the greedy, selfish, torturing bastards.

All I can say is that there are seven months until November, and a whole bunch of shit can happen between now and then.

It's waaaaay too early to call anything.

    people have short memories

It probably depends on how the Dem nomination is achieved. If Hillary "steals" it, I can envision a lot of former Barack supporters crossing over to McCain, or at least not voting at all.

What does that even mean? Are you saying that in the past 7 years voters have had a good memory? History of the last 7 years doesn't say otherwise. Voters have a short memory and nothing in the last 7 years refutes that.

    huh???

are you saying the dems have only been worthless in the past 7 years and before that was some golden age of where they got stuff done???

look at clinton's half assed legacy! like when he signed that clear cut rider allowing the timber industry to go into federally protected areas and cut down trees hundreds of years old if the experts the timber industry hired thought they were 'fire hazards'! among many other things.

even jimmy carter folded, didn't get shit done (had a good chance of fixing the shitty marijuana laws but blew it) and became a mockery

read my original post, I only meant golden in regards to being able to win the white house.

as for Carter, he has a great heart, but was one of the worst suited people to be president in recent years, besides Bush, but Carter did far less damage compared to Bush. So what if he didn't fix weed laws, that so far down on the things that need to be addressed.

as for Clinton, using the timber issue in regards to Dem's being worthless while in the white house, in comparison to what G W has done, especially in area's that don't get enough press, like how much he's overstepped his authorized, and trampled the constitution, the presidence that he has set will become even more of a problem when future presidents use them, and take them further.

I blame the U S voting citizen. Bush should have been thrown out in '04, but the majority was bamboozeled by the Rove once again, and to allow the Democrats congressional rep's to be so spinless during Bush's presidency, and allow the republicans to remain, this vote the Dem's will make great gains, then if they blow it, maybe more people will actually look elsewhere than putting republicans back in power.

of course there are no third party or independent candidates with any leadership skills showing up, so that's a little problem too. You don't have to have strong oratory skills like Obama to be a leader, but you do need to be able to talk and sway a majority to your side.

That was just the tip of the iceburg with Clinton's ineffective and corrupt presidency.

And Nader has more leadership skills and record proving it than the 3 mainstream candidates combined. Just go to wikipedia or where ever and read over his list of accomplishments he fought hard to win in the name of the people. There is a huge factor that hinders Nader though, corporate funding...the big bucks that sell people like Obama and Clinton to us everyday when we turn on the tv.

yes, the dems may have done less damage than the republicans but....i would rather jump into a pool of piss than a pool of shit, but that doesn't mean i like jumping in pools of piss. just saying 'they aren't as bad as the republicans' isn't a good enough reason to support them.

and there have been at least 2 ppl w/ great leadership skills showing up...kucinich and nader, but they are marginalized, trivialized and most of the time of not even allowed into the debates or ballot.

and if obama is such a great leader why hasn't he done anything to end the war? all he's given is sound bites for you all to eat up and regurgitate, but where is the legislation to get it ended? he's done nothing but continually vote to support and prolong the occupation and bloodshed. if he's such a great speaker and all that why hasn't he swayed anyone to end the war? there is no excuse, they have done nothing

  • It all depends on what the US taxpayer thinks he/she accomplish financially. Iraq costs 600 billion a year. It's 10 more years in Iraq dem style v.s. 100+ more years McCain style.

The US would be far better spreading a wave of commerce rather than democracy.
