    For the most part a whole piece of society has to acknowledge that I wasn't and I don't believe I am related to anybody who put chains on them and used them to plow my fields in place of horses. I wasn't and I don't believe that I am related to the British who decided to colonize the entire world. If they can't get over it by now. Maybe they should expect to be treated the same way until they do. You keep crying and I will just shrug my shoulders. And we can still believe we are all hard done by. Maybe as a WMnorthA, we should turn back the clock and give immigrants something to really whine about and then we may be able to advance on with a perfect society that everybody wants but are afraid to accept.

    Actually Tawany Brawley accused 6 white men most of whom were law enforcement of raping beating and covering her in feces, and Sharpton was right beside her, much like he was at Duke next to stripper, who had a history of mental problems and accusations of this before but there he was lending a helping hand to yet another victim of cruel "white" enslavement. He was found libel and oredered to pay 65,000 in restitutaion which he has not done to this very date, the two lawyers who defended her , were dis-barred for their irresponsibility in the case. The double standard exsits whether we as a human race want to admit it or not and until we hold all people accountable it will countinue to divide this country along racial lines. My opinions may slant to a conservative side but I am for equal rights for all humans and it sickens me at the out pouring of support these irrelevant two men should be. The leader of the New Black Party crusified those kids at Duke, no apology. Malik Shabazz called columnist Michelle Malkin a "political prostitue" last night on live television, don't expect Al or Jesse to demand him to apologize. The double standard is alive and well and it will continue.....period.

    Very good post. I'm not black, but I have to believe the majority of the black people in this country think poorly of Sharpton and Jackson. Sharpton and Jackson both create good drama which, of course, is all the nightly news anymore. It will be nice when the day comes that everyone in America refers to themselves as "Americans" and not Anglo-Americans, African-Americans, Mexican-Americans, etc. Hopefully that happens sooner rather than later.

    That is the equivalent of saying a woman deserves to be raped for being intoxicated, or because of what she was wearing, ect.
