    It's a dubbed version of the TV show 'Fat Albert'

    Synopsis

    Fat Albert, an overweight african american who lives in a junkyard and uses 'hey hey hey' quite often, in this christmas special Fat Albert and the gang are expecting some ho's for a party but end up getting a visit from an old guy wanted them to pay rent.
