#19 was basically a 50/50 guess for me between the first two.

I got #19 wrong. I picked the wrong one on the same 50/50.

I only missed #8 too... I had to guess on the INS form one, and wasn't entirely positive on all of the first 13 states.

  • I missed one because I was stupid and didn't read the entire question carefully.

I guessed on the naturalization form question and got it right. Lucky.

    8 and 14
14 only because I was thinking that the Senate had to approve SC justices.

That ruined my day. I got that damn naturalization one wrong. Doesn't 'petition' sound better though?

It would be fun to give this to random Americans and see the results. Do they give those Constitution tests in high school anymore?

I guess I should have figured our government would have the dumber version. :)

I only missed #8, but I have to admit I guessed on #12 (I couldn't remember that, but guess correctly) and # 19.

    Ditto.

    I got 8 out of 14 right.

I've a better chance of passing a license to drive a tank than becoming a US citizen.
