    I just watched it....I guess it's really gotten that bad. It was an average level speech that touched on all the normal political avenues that get people to applaud and react to.

    Changes inside the US but really no change outside is what I'm seeing. So +1 + (-1) = change... I suppose.

    "Terrorism" will still be sought out and eradicated as official policy under Obama. Does anyone actually think he won't allocate ongoing military force to combat resistance to US foreign policy?

    Without getting super specific...I think his plan on ending the war in Iraq responsibly resonates with me. His plan on alternate energy and ending our dependency on foreign oil is good change...as well as his plans on recruiting a new generation of teachers and making education a priority as well as making college affordable for everybody...rich...middle class or poor.

    I also enjoy his idea of a universal healthcare system...as well as his willingness to stop shipping out jobs overseas...and putting people back to work again who are more than willing and able.

    All this...and lots more represent change to me.

    What is to become of the MIC?, and where is all this magic money coming from to do all this change?

    I'm not getting that from him. He sounds just like Bush and McCain when it comes to that.

    I thought Obama did an amazing job...I liked how he attempted to reach everyone...he talked of cutting taxes and failing gov't programs...yet, those on the right will A) ignore this or b) pretend they never heard it or c) be just plain ignorant to this because they didn't watch or read the transcript...


    I liked how he went after the "market will fix it" and "pull yourself up by your bootstraps" beliefs...

    Sure, his goals are lofty...for me that's not a bad thing...and sure, he's talking tough on "terror"...I don't see that as a bad thing, since he focuses so much on diplomacy...

    all in all, I great speech with substance and vision...not more of the same...

After the super bug got into his system MRSA he died from the infection due too the resistance of the super bug, he was at ELEMEDORF AIR FORCE BASE..Hospital after he contracted MRSA from the rogue( he ended up with 7 bleeding bed sores due to neglect on their part) regular dirty hospital. they didn't clean the damn heating old units and had mold and food bacteria lost inside of the heaters? That hospital got a rude awaking after I way laid them with federal charges.. I could not breath, they had him laying there on the 5th floor.( NO FANS!! AT 85 degrees that summer). He stayed alive long enough too say good-bye to his oldest daughter who had not seen him for 20 years.. NORTH TO ALASKA... thunder bolt where are you???? we another spark to save our lives..

    McCain's presidential support score has been as low as 77% as recently as 2005. Which is a significant departure from party lines. You would expect a Republican to vote with the Republicans nearly 100% of the time. Obama votes with the Democrats nearly 100% of the time. Not surprising considering how far left he is. What is the real lesson here? Obama tows the party line much more than McCain does. This should be obvious though, that is why conservatives don't like McCain.
