    I kinda thought that as well. I could never condone what those kids did obviously, but if i was the girl who was getting beaten up, with the added humiliation of it being filmed and shown to countless other people, my natural reaction would be to want some kind of revenge.
    People say im paranoid. Well, they dont say it, but i know that's what they are thinking.

    Let's hope no one hinks it makes it any better or worse that it was girls. That's an old sterotype that we can do without. Men and women are equals now, they are both as capable of any good behavior and bad behavior. This behavior is not any better or worse when done by one sex as compared to when done by the other sex.

    There's tons of boy fights on YouTube. It's kind of depressing that people in the 21st century that this is news only because it's girls and the thousands of videos of boys doing the same thing is just business as usual.

    but being girls just gives it that wow factor......especially to those that are a little older and were conditioned to think girls were sweet, innocent and nurturers. And agree...there's just too much of this going on...male or female...but thats our culture....one of hate not love...

    Women have been conditioned in our culture to use emotional thought processes. Going after the man is in contradiction to their love emotion. It's much easier to hate the other woman.

    This happened about 5-10 m inutes from my house. I grew up in an neighboring town, and that school had a reputation then (15 -20) for having a lot of fights. there was even a Deer park/North Babylon fued

    Good God. These poor kids left to their own devices.

    I ran into a mother somewhere the other day and she shocked me with stories of things going on at my son's school!!

    And yet...it isn't something he's even really noticed because he comes home to mom and dad in the afternoon. The kids who go home to no one are the most vulnerable...left to their own devices, there's a lot of weirdness goin' on... :(

    This was my friend's neices friend that this happened to. Apparently the fight was over a boy that both of them dated. VERY disturbing....esp. since the girl who got beat up is known to be a really good kid. ANIMALS.

    exactly if that was my daughter who did the beating i would make her apologize in front of the whole student body while looking at the girl right next to her ,yeah they are like animals when i started this thread i thought the response would be like how i felt but to my surprize not to many people thought that it was too bad, untill later on in thread .......
