A very happy birthday Fins!Write. Wind each new thought upon the stream;
and in its contradiction of response,
Or seeming stagnance, see that rippled gleam
That might suggest true movement. If you sense
a hidden wave in what seems blanket still,
Write more, wind each desire, and you'll see
The willows nod and rustle, and you will
hear the rushing babble of the free
gush of water, brimming, charged with light
That is your reader's understanding heart.0 -

Well happy birthday Fins! Don't feel bad, T2 and I hit 34 last month. I hope you had a wonderful one and many more to come!!

Our love must not be just words, but True Love, which shows itself in action,
No one needs a smile more than someone who fails to give one,
After you die...you know how to LIVE!0 -
Thank you. I had a nice night tonight, and arranged some gigs too.

Reeds, there were great reeds rising from the middle of the stream, some as thick as rhubarb stalks, all late summer yellowings of green and brown, shimmering in patches of muddy water sunlight, a money yellow. Their sound? A silky fumbling, expert and deliciously unnerving, setting the ears and temples on edge like the touch of dusty velvet. The wind leaned them pendulously, at times flipping their tips in the rippling black of the rush upstream. Shiftings of darting pike blazed in the brook at the reeds' sudden parting, streaking fast shudderings of light past the angling water wind. Coins of sun breaking through the reed stems caught the lip of a buckle on an open sandalwood bag, patterned and fragrant, laying by four bare feet on the daisyed grass. And there were eyes that flashed currency for a kiss, a deep meadow kiss, afforded by these brief shape changes, dances, in the ripple tossed reeds.0
