    i was a gypsy once, but not in any glamorous way like touring with bands....more like sleeping on couches, lawns and the occasional landlocked canoe. it was fun. but not really.

    touring, though...that would be fun.

    I escaped my life last summmer....ran away...without a care in the world.
    I wigged out...talked to myslef...still do when I'm stressed...trying to get up my psychic energies.But it was an extrodinary trip.I'd love to just hike a tall,cold mountain and do it all again.I will when I have the money and i'm alittle older to do it more responsibly.
    I'm a strange bird in that respect.

    it is fun, to just get away and get outside of everything....but that's not my reality anymore....oh well maybe again someday and yes, in a more respectable way...

    It seems like you were sharing the vividness of your love for music with these children. Almost like bringing the passion you felt for it (and Hendrix really represents musical passion, uniqueness and forcefulness to me) to life for some young people.

    I'm sick of being 32 years old and coming across every loser possible into everydrug and perverted fashion known to man in the entertainment arena.
    I'm what you call a local artist.I'll probably never make it "BIG" to the point of someone like Bon Jovi or Pearl Jam stature,I'm too old,yet alot of these artists know who I may be through pushing my name around.I'm a poor starving artist who hasnt quite made it and I'm seriously thinking of going back to school for another degree in something other than my field.....
    or I can go back and get that entertainment lighting degree and work with a famous band.
    what do you think?

    It could be trying to tell you that 32 is not old, and that you are not too old, and to snap out of your funk and make the life you want. It takes years, sure, but it's yours. I'm finally taking a drawing class, finally, finally, and I'm looking forward to seeing the world differently. :-)

    I just want Ali to be happy and forget about loser/stoner musicians. Forget about touring unless it's Ali's fabulous self on tour.

    Ali, people on here tell other people they write well when its quality is questionable. Trust yourself only.
