Twas one evening,alone tonight.To my surprise a star in flight.Where do they come from,where do they fall?Once upon a time,far away on a winter's night.I saw that star,that was very bright.From time to time,I saw it again.In that kingdom long ago,a bright young lad with dancing eyes and a promising smile.Walks hand in hand with nature's mile.Spreading laughter and cheer,wishing he was here.There's a bright new star in heaven tonight.Thats where he belongs,with God he remains.A better place to be,so all of us can see.

    This was dedicated to my brother Gilbert.He passed away in June 11,1961.He was tragiclly killed when crossing the railroad tracks by the Susquehanna River in PA.He was fishing and had a string of catfish.He held me before the day he died.I was too young to know him.Though they say he was a great person,very loving and caring.I know he watches over me.When I look up at the stars.I think of him.I was only a year and a half when it happened.I know he is in good hands!

    I was wrong on the date it was June 30th,1962.Thank-you for your kindness and sympathy.We all have had great losses in our lives that touch us deeply.thanx dez higher!
