making me sweat, suicide blond
making me bleed, with just a wave of your wand
driving me out of my mind
like a fist to the spine
damaged by your love
like an opiate for the masses
but nobody knows except me
you're like a contract killer with a heart
Bright eyes are still blue
but they have shades of grey
like the sky
you're poisonous, but I'm immune
if you're a drug, I'm addicted
Keep going even if I say "stop!"
a crash of lightning
is better than a ray of sunlight
you're an outbreak of disease
for which there is no vaccination
like a dog in a pound
I stare helplessly
hoping you'll have mercy
and love me again, suicide blond

    my experience was with a strawberry blonde and it was much the same

    she, too, was a 'crash of lightning'
    Down the street you can hear her scream youre a disgrace
    As she slams the door in his drunken face
    And now he stands outside
    And all the neighbours start to gossip and drool
    He cries oh, girl you must be mad,
    What happened to the sweet love you and me had?
    Against the door he leans and starts a scene,
    And his tears fall and burn the garden green
