How do some people jump?
how do they just trust the future?
me, I haven’t gotten the hang of it
just yet
somedays I see my mom’s training
killing my faith in tomorrow
like I have to be s o c a r e f u l
because I can’t trust tomorrow
have to be so careful
so something bad doesn’t happen
maybe I should practice walking with my eyes closed?
maybe I should try doing quickly things without a plan?
how do people learn to jump?

    love forward not back
    with confidence

    the only thing you can trust is your self
    tomorrow's a piece of cake when you know who you are
    so, if close your eyes, do so to see inward
    everything you need is in there

    It's nice to be independant of course, but at some point, other people become involved!! :)

    ahh..
    well let me rephrase...
    you learn to jump, by jumping
    and if you aren't careful
    you're just plain old dumb

    fear is a good thing. keeps us
    breathing when stupidity attempts
    to take over.

    doesn't mean you should hang out
    on some miserable ledge wishing
    you were brave

    but yeah... check the safety net for holes
