That sounds about right. He should come back to San Diego with the rest of the band in July. He'll love it. Also, I'll be there for the rest of the summer :p

Floridians are much nicer too... They've never bitched at out-of-towners for getting tickets to their shows.

    Affirmative sir.

08-12-2000 The Ice Palace - Tampa, FL (a.k.a. 'The St. Pete Time Forum', now) The show was 4 hrs. with 4 encores

Set 1 - (Interstellar Overdrive)/Corduroy, Grievance, Last Exit, Animal, Gods' Dice, Tremor Christ, Nothing As it Seems, Jeremy, Evacuation, Romance, Better Man, Lukin, Light Years, Daughter/(Another Brick In The Wall)/(Androgynous Mind), Even Flow, Sleight Of Hand, Elderly Woman Behind The Counter In A Small Town, State Of Love And Trust, Insignificance, Rearviewmirror
Encore 1 - Do The Evolution, Hail Hail, Garden, Immortality, Soldier Of Love, Porch
Encore 2 - Soon Forget, Indifference
Encore 3 - Rockin' In The Free World
(secret 4th Encore) - Last Exit

They had to add the master from the sound booth to the bootleg to make sure it was complete. :P

We just WOULD. NOT. LET. THEM off stage. :)

the *secret* last exit you mention is on the bootleg that way because the sound got fucked up during the recording of it, so they just tacked on the soundboard version of it on the end of the bootleg. not played twice. killer show though! and i miss soldier of love

    Um. Huh?

    I put *secret* because
    a. alot of folks left the arena --and--
    b. the official set list on PJ's website does'nt list 'Last Exit' on the show

I did stick around long enough to catch it, and I know the bros. tacked on the soundboard master to the bootleg, but I didn't mention anything about them playing it twice.

I just did the same thing and bought the West Palm tix... I don't have the nerve to do Tampa, too, though... first show of the tour, warm weather, beaches... who could ask for more!

are you sure you weren't really high?? this is the first i've ever heard of it, and no one mentioned it as i followed setlists during the '00 tour. and it is not listed anywhere as being played twice. if so, sweet! but i still think you were (or maybe are) high.

i will go put in that bootleg now though!

I know, but my husband and I are long over due for a vacation and he has kindly agreed to do Florida so I can catch at least one show. I don't want to monopolize the trip with a second show at this point. He likes PJ, but is not what you would call a fan. I'm just happy to see one, though I know when we get down there, I'll be kicking myself!

I just can't afford a second show right now, but if it's closer to the date and someone wants to sell me their other ticket, I might avail.
