  • Weird Al songs generally aren't terrible
  • I like it.... *runs away*
'We're learning songs for baby Jesus' birthday. His mum and dad were Merry and Joseph. He had a bed made of clay and the three kings bought him Gold, Frankenstein and Merv as presents.'

Can't remeber where I heard it, but agree with the sentiment.

It sounds like a bad lincoln Park Rip off, which is super terrible, becasue lincoln park are terrible by themselves so any one aping them are even worse.

"We think we're Cake, and Bloodhound Gang, Devo and Linkin Park", and yet they're nowhere near any of those bands (not that I am saying Linkin Park is good, mind you). That's all I can think of when I hear that song. It's not witty, it's just repetitively annoying.

Ugh. If the rest of their catalog is as horrible as that Handlebar song, count me out.

Yes! I thought it was Weird Al spoofing Linkin Park.......I was amazed when I found out those were real lyrics and not a spoof

I like Linkin Park but this song is far better. Not as loud, more interesting musical arrangement, the lyrics go some way to being intelligent (not a reason I rate Linkin Park).. It's got good live musicianship.. it has a trumpet solo for goodness' sake.

  • I honestly really like it...
  • how can anyone like this??? its easily one of the worst popular songs ive heard in 10 years... atleast most other shitty pop and rap songs have a decent hook or beat... and the lyrics sound like something off of "scream"

a terrible song that gets stuck in your head.

only reason i quoted this post is because i saw a douchebag at the bar last night with a Linkin Park tshirt on (who would wear one?) drinking a Blue Moon. who drinks Blue Moon?? i mean, it's okay at best but not worth drinking.

If I could, think I would give in.

  • I know I said I liked this song but I went back to Youtube and searched for a lot of other stuff from this band, and I've changed my mind.... it's all fucking brilliant.

  • The song is nowhere near as vapid as it sounds.

I just don't like political/message music in disguise. Either do it or don't.
