Greatest song to close out an album?

Personally, i believe the last song is THE most important song on a great album. I like a closer that leaves you sitting there for like 5 minutes after just thinking 'wow'.
Anyways, post your favourite closing songs for an album. If possible, just put one album/closer for each band you mention.
Me:
Metallica - Ride The Lighting: The Call Of Ktulu
Soundgarden - Superunknown: Like Suicide
Pearl Jam - Pearl Jam: Inside Job
Led Zeppelin - IV: When The Levee Breaks
Pink Floyd - The Dark Side Of The Moon: Brain Damage/Eclipse
Audioslave - Audioslave: The Last Remaining Light

My favorite album closers,...pretty good list. Are you too good to tango with the poor poor boys?0 -
Boot Camp from Down on the Upside is probably my favorite. Not only was it the closer of the album, but it was all but the swan song of Soundgarden... which worked perfectly, because that desperate, lonesome, longing theme of the song is what Soundgarden were all about.
Anyway, other good ones:
A Day in the Life from Sgt Peppers
Hey Hey, My My (Into the Black) from Rust Never Sleeps
Darkness on the Edge of TownIt's a town full of losers and I'm pulling out of here to win0 -
zeppelin- when the levee breaks - led zeppelin IV

matchbox twenty- hang- yourself or someone like you

Pearl Jam - Indifference
And, I have to agree with the person who said "Find The River".. That is a great beautiful song.
Others are; "Jungleland" on Springsteens masterpiece "born to run".
"Desolation Row" on Dylans "Highway 61 revisited"
and of course "won`t get fooled again" from The Whos "Who`s next"we were but stones, your light made us stars

London 070 -
from rescent memory
pearl jam - inside job
neko case - the needle has landed
