so are any of you guys friends with the band?
I know we have a friend or classmate of john mayer on here....
just wondering if you know if their album is done or when they will tour.
what happened to sean? I thought he was a great guitarist. Of course I know he left, but where is he?

well they are amazing
not talking about the crap they played on vh-1 ("you and me" ad nauseum -- blah!)
i loved stanly climbfall.
we saw them last year and i think the new fans only knew the corny ballad "you and me".....LH really rocked and I think they could not handle them.
if you go see them, wear earplugs.9/98, 9/00 - DC, 4/03 - Pitt., 7/03 - Bristow, 10/04 - Reading, 10/05 - Philly, 5/06 - DC, 6/06 - Pitt., 6/08 - Va Beach, 6/08 - DC, 5/10 - Bristow, 10/13 B'more

I'm a big Lifehouse fan. I think No Name Face is a really solid debut album for any band. Stanley Climbfall is an amazing record, and easily my favorite. From what I hear from the band, that's the sound they are going for on the new record. The third album, Lifehouse, didn't do too much for me. It was very hit or miss. "Come Back Down", "Blind", "Better Luck Next Time", and "Chapter One" were all great, but "You and Me", "All in All", "Days Go Bye", and "Undone" didn't have any feeling to them.
They are finishing up their new album now. I think Jason is hoping to have the album out sometime this spring. They're playing a benefit concert up in Minnesota I believe this weekend.
I only know a couple of new song titles for the new album: "Mesmerized" (likely first single) and "Crash and Burn", which was played a couple times on the self titled albums tour.0 -

I knew you would reply to this thread. I remember you. How did you hear from the band?
I used to have a myspace account and they were one of my friends. I had one of their friends as my friend and she drove me nutsI think she liked their looks more than their music. I've seen jason wade from a few feet away at their autograph table and his eyes are pretty, he must wear turquoise contacts. He's cuter in reality than in videos.
I hope the new cd has a stanley climbfall feel to it.9/98, 9/00 - DC, 4/03 - Pitt., 7/03 - Bristow, 10/04 - Reading, 10/05 - Philly, 5/06 - DC, 6/06 - Pitt., 6/08 - Va Beach, 6/08 - DC, 5/10 - Bristow, 10/13 B'more

They did some Q&A's on their myspace page and I believe Bryce has updated a couple of times. I really think we'll be hearing more in the next couple of weeks.
Here are some other song titles.
The First Time
Signs of Life
Who We Are
Take It Out
A Stanley Climbfall era b-side called "Goodbye" surfaced a couple of weeks ago. If you don't have that I can post it for you.
New song- Crash and Burn (Live) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vxlxigikxs80 -
This is mainly directed at iluvcats, but the new album will be called "Who We Are" and it will be out in June. Also, they are about to go out on a major tour w/ the Goo Goo Dolls and dates should be coming out soon.0

no it's not a joke. ledvedder and I really like them but we do not like their radio hit they played 24/7 on the radio and vh-1 "you and me"9/98, 9/00 - DC, 4/03 - Pitt., 7/03 - Bristow, 10/04 - Reading, 10/05 - Philly, 5/06 - DC, 6/06 - Pitt., 6/08 - Va Beach, 6/08 - DC, 5/10 - Bristow, 10/13 B'more

Coming from you Tiki Barber that means the world to me. I'm sure you have only heard "Hanging By A Moment" and "You and Me", so I can forgive you for being ignorant when it comes to Lifehouse.
If you had ever listened to the Stanley Climbfall album you might have a different take on them. Maybe you wouldn't be a huge fan, but you would respect them as artists. "Spin" and "Anchor" are amazing songs.0 -

I don't know if I would rush and join the GGD fan club. I don't know the details but I am sure Lifehouse will be the opener or co-headliner. After the tour with the Goo Goo Dolls I am sure Lifehouse will be back to the smaller venues.0 -

I don't mind seeing the goo goo dolls in order to see lifehouse. I hope they (LH) come back to baltimore, that was a good show in 2006. but many parents looked very upset when they were scooting their tweens out the door. I thought it was b/c Bryce sang "rebel rebel"...("hot tramp, I love you so!")
or they rocked alot harder in real life than in "you and me"
fan me! these days of being this close are over (temporarily)

I would hate to be famous. I thought this girl in the front row was going to attack Bryce right there. She was distracting him.
