I promised my sister I would take her and her friend to see the Jonas brothers if the guy they were supposed to go with cancelled.
Well he did.
and I'm screwed.

I hope there are at least some hot chicks there.

I would rather see anyone else. I mean anyone.

    Take ear plugs. Not for the volume of the music, but for the 20,000 screaming girls creating a constant shrill noise in your ears

    thanks, yea i got really good earphones and I'm bringing my ipod.

    I think I'm gonna bring advil too for all of the screaming.

    Dont feel too bad, I will be at a Jonas Brothers show also. I on the other hand will be working backstage so i wont have to deal with the music.

    than the Color Me Badd (puh-leeze!) and Paula Abdul concert I had to take my brother to about 15 years ago. We were on the front row, and no--it didn't make the show better. :P

    well that sucked..
    that was the loudest screaming I've ever heard in my life. when teenage girl screams drown out your pearl jam bootlegs on your ipod, it's a bad situation.

    I have to take my daughter in Sept. to see them in State College. Pearljam766, any tips to surviving the scream-fest? The only thing that even remotely makes it worth it is knowing that this is the highlight of her year. Maybe I'll take my ipod, load up the Philly 05 boot, and pretend that I'm somewhere else...

    just make sure and bring advil or tylenol...
    It will be worth all the screaming girls for you to see your daughter having a blast though. It's 2 hours of misery at it's worst.

    maybe like those noise cancelation headphones from bose would do the trick

    I'm so sorry, but if your a teenager you should be okay with the chicks. If not, i'm so so sorry.

    no I'm not a teenager,if 19 year olds enjoy that age group of chicks then they need help. lol
    no one over the age of 16 I saw

    although... there were some milfs, so that's one positve
