any fans here? i've seen them live 4 times (both Hellview shows) and they're usually amazing.

first time was on the IDR tour and Deron was sick and couldn't sing so they brought people from the crowd up to fill in for him. cool idea but the average person cannot sing for shit. plus i got HAMMERED at this show so details are blurry.

last time i saw them (Hellview 2 show) they played almost the exact same set i saw them perform 2 months prior and Chad had a wind machine blowing his hair around for all his solos. LAME!!!!!!!!!

that being said, CKY is still one of my favorite bands right now. Volume 1 and IDR are stunning records. An Answer Can Be Found was okay but not up to CKY-par. any fans out there? i'd love see them tour with a band like Cave In, that'd make a brilliant show!!

    Yeah my friend dragged me to their show back in December in Northampton, MA, and needless to say I wasn't impressed. The death metal band opening for them didn't start things on an optimistic note either.

    heh, what was the name of the death metal band? Deron is a huge death metal fan and all these CKY kids lap up everything the band says. it's so funny.
