For those of you who may not know, it's Greg Dulli and Mark Lanegan. The latest is that their record is mixed and finished. No release date yet, but hopefully in the next couple months...

Mark Lanegan is insanely underrated. His voice and style of music is absolutely fantastic.

Yeah this going to be absolutely killer. The song they did together on the Blackberry Belle record is one of my favorite songs ever. If the songs on this record are even half that good it will be an amazing album. The Man has a branch office in each of our brains, his corporate emblem is a white albatross, each local rep has a cover known as the Ego, and their mission in this world is Bad Shit.0

Do you have the A Stitch In Time EP? Two songs with Lanegan...perhaps a little preview of what's to come.0 -
Yup I have that too, definitely good stuff. Although I think Dulli said at some point he was trying to write so that they could both sing on the songs, which makes me think "Number Nine" might be a better idea of what the sound is gonna be. But no matter what direction they go, there is almost no way for this to not be amazing.pjl44 wrote:Do you have the A Stitch In Time EP? Call me crazy, but The Body is actually my favourite song off this album right now. Closely followed by Front Street and God's Children.Smokey Robinson constantly looks like he's trying to act natural after being accused of farting.0
