I think it was an original Audioslave song meant for their first album but complications with Morello's guitar in the studio prevented it from been completed. I think I read something like that a while ago, or maybe I imagined it, so I'm probably wrong but there you go!0

Does this exist in any other form, besides that one live version (which, thankfully, is very high quality)? My Pearl Jam Photos

Muppet's quite right. It never got finished in the studio, but they did play it live quite a lot on their 2003 tour. There are several live versions around. "Techno Ted" was a working title, I think it referred to Mr Nugent.www.myspace.com/clareobrienwright

This is the only version I have heard. Haven't even seen a different one out there. My Pearl Jam Photos

There is a March 19, 2003 Audioslave show from the Warfield Theater in S.F. on YouTube that includes "Techno Ted",
followed by "The Last Remaining Light". There were 16 songs in the set.
I've heard an audience CD from the March 20, 2003 show at the Warfield that includes "Techno Ted", but it is followed by "Getaway Car" (which was not played at all the night before).
"The Last Remaining Light" was NOT played this night, but "Bring 'Em Back Alive" was. There were 17 songs in the set this night.
