Good on them for trying something different though. Despite that little misstep, the bootleg DVD that is floating around of this show is outstanding.1/12/1879, 4/8/1156, 2/6/1977, who gives a shit, ...0 -

My friend was going to see Eddie last night. Since he was in Vegas, I gave him 5 Grand to gamble with. I told him I wanted it all to go on Black. Bastard! PhillyCrownOfThorns-11-2-120 -
oh, yeah. i was there. ed was digging the atmosphere. claimed he had the best seat in the house. i got to stand on stage after the show. it was a pretty fucking awesome view, even though there were no people in the seats. those big fucking red rocks behind the seats that nobody ever turns around to look at...they were all uplit, the moon was full, it was a beautiful thing for sure. i can only imagine what it looked like to ed....

That is a cool idea, great way to remember a tour. It's funny when things change so much
It's all state of mind
Don't sweat the small stuff and it's all small stuff

Seriously? I love "new Jeremy"...and I love still calling it that, mostly since it hasn't been played since that month or two in 95. That was a great way to re-imagine a tired song, IMO...I'd love to see it come back.
I rate this show as one of those must haves, along with Atlanta 4-3-94 and Randall's Island 9-29-96. Along with the "new Jeremy," there's a bunch of weird one offs (Falling Down, Ship Song), and the band just sounds great.0 -

I love how Stone can't stay in his seat. He is not an "unplugged" type of guy.
I also love Ed's Gibson SG!
I'm not a fan of that version of Jeremy however.11-2-2000 Portland. 12-8-2002 Seattle. 4-18-2003 Nashville. 5-30-2003 Vancouver. 10-25-2003 Bridge School. 9-2-2005 Vancouver.
