Is anyone here a member of the R.E.M. fanclub? I just got the holiday gift pack in the mail this past week and wondered what other fanclub members think of it.

    Got it. Cool, but not as cool as a 45 rpm from PJ...even if it takes until April to show up...Haha

    I want to join but I promised Dave he could have membership for Christmas so I have to get his first :)

    I'm really looking forward to joining actually, especially after reading what everyone got this year :)
    Been to this many PJ shows: Reading 2006 London 2007 Manchester & London 2009 Dublin, Belfast, London, Nijmegen & Berlin 2010 Manchester 1 & Manchester 2 2012...

    ... and I still think Drive-By Truckers are better.

    The REM fanclub has always put out a great holiday package...they have included 7", VHS, Cds and DVDs over the years. They also include stickers, and holiday card, and a calendar.

    The holiday package is a DVD this year, which in my mind is pretty damn sweet. I loved the acoustic version of "Let Me In" they were doing on tour this year, and it's on there :mrgreen:

    The stickers and pocket calendar are a nice bonus too. Not bad for $10 a year.

    Got mine a few weeks back. I thought it was a really nice package. I seriously love the R.E.M. FC and the folks who run it.

    The REM fanclub is awesome. Their holiday package is always 1st class, and the frequent newsletters are great.
