I remember someone posting on here that everyone in line that bought at the venue got tickets even though it sold out in seconds on TM. I've never heard of that before, but if that is the case it's only encouraging scalpers to pay the homeless once again to corner both markets. CC definitely needs a pj type system!Ron: I just don't feel like going out tonight

Don't worry, he says he wants to come back a lot. (heh, what else would he say!) Man, the crowd energy was intense! My first time at the TLA, a very cool venue. I was about 15 feet from Chris Cornell. Much closer than I've been at Pearl Jam shows.
Just an awesome night all around. His backing bad rocked too. I still can't hear out of my left ear.0 -

Tonight was just such an amazing show and capped off such a great weekend. I still have that smile on my face hours after a show which I usually only get after PJ shows.
The energy of the crowd was just tremendous. I love Philly crowds and I love the TLA as a venue.
I can't wait to see him again.- Busted down the pretext

I was on the other side.. left side of the stage on Chris's right, wearing my lime green PJ 2006 Tour shirt. I was right near the leaking air conditioner, if ya saw that. Right in front of the bar, I guess.0

Burden In My Hand, Blow Up the Outside World, Fell On Black Days, and Slaves and Bulldozers ALL WITHIN THE SAME SHOW??? That doesn't seem fair.
Hope everyone enjoyed the show, and with any luck, Cornell will be back really soon.

I saw you when you got there (noticed the PJ shirt immediately). I wore the white hawaiian shirt.
By the way....that was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!0 -
Awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome show! That crowd was great... intense energy without being obnoxious, at least where I was. I was on the front rail to the right of center stage (right in front of the PA speaker... like everyone else who went to the show, I still have a pretty strong ringing in my ears!). When the band tore into Cochise with Chris maybe 10-15 feet away from me, wow. It was such an intense moment. The show only got better as it went on, too. Rusty Cage and Spoonman were the two highlights for me, excluding one song (or should I say THE song)... SLAVES AND BULLDOZERS. That was the greatest thing I've ever seen. The crowd went nuts. Definitely the high point of the night. It's just insane how that band nailed that song.
And hats off to Solat13 and VEDHEAD27 and everybody else who I met... the rest of their message board names escape me right now... but you guys are awesome. The day wouldn't have been half of what it was if it weren't for you guys (and your PJ shirts). Small world!

Oh yeah, I don't think anyone's mentioned this yet, but Blow Up the Outside World was done solo by Chris on his acoustic guitar. It's a town full of losers and I'm pulling out of here to win0

I have two tickets for Chris Cornell's show tomorrow night. I am asking face value, cash (not sure if I paid a few dollars handling). The only drawback is I am in Northern Virginia, so they have to be picked up somewhere in Northern Virginia tomorrow (day of show), anytime. Metro accessible locations fine. Also, Centreville/Dulles area would be perfect after 600 PM tonight.
