The obvious one is Into the Wild, how about other good ones?

            "Once" is a fantastic soundtrack.
 "Juno" is too.
 "Singles" is terrific.
"Grease". That's right "Grease"! If you were 9 or 10 like I was when that movie came out, chances are you dug this soundtrack.
"Brimstone & Treacle" was decent, esp. if you were a fan of the Police.
 "Repo Man" -- classic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
"Superfly" is a required purchase, esp. if you're a fan of funk/70's R&B.
"Pulp Fiction" and "Jackie Brown" -- I listened to these a lot after those two Tarantino films came out.
"Boogie Nights" -- contains all those AM radio classics from the 70's
"O Brother, Where Art Thou?"Rock on!

"I'm Not There" - two discs of Dylan covers by a ton of top-notch indie bands, released late last year, great stuff.0

I'm not a movie fan, so this is an odd area for me.
Not surprisingly I do like Into the Wild. Haven't seen the movie yet, but I do plan on at least renting it when the DVD comes out. The book was interesting.
I just bought Swell Season by Glen Hansard and Marketa Irglova last night (haven't listened to it yet). It's my understanding this is the soundtrack to the movie Once? I doubt I'll ever bother to see the movie, but from what I've heard about it I expect I'll like the music.
Other than that . . . I did buy (or receive) the Singles soundtrack. Never bothered to see the movie.
It's strange. I can lay around for hours on end listening to music or reading a book, but I cant handle sitting still for an hour and a half to watch a movie - unless the movie involves music or was adapted from a book I love.0
