I think singles is so great as an OST if only becasue it was the reason I was exposed to Paul Westerberg and teh Replacements"I'm not suicidal, except when I drink. That's why we don't all drink at the same time, there'd be no-one alive to drive home..."
Chris Cornell

Singles
I Am Sam
Royal Tennenbaums

Or was it Titanic with Celine Dion, the best singer in the world? i forget
"If she don't love me no more, i know her sister will" Jimi Hendrix0 -
Singles by far. THose other ones posted are good, but singles is great. He is alive but feels absolutely nothing.
So is he?
When he was six he believed that the moon overhead followed him.
By nine he had deciphered the illusion trading magic for fact.
No tradebacks...
So this is what it's like to be an adult
If he only knew now what he knew then...0 -

The dirty south needs a fix.0 -
Singles is my favorite soundtrack, but I wouldn't say it's far and away the best. Other good ones:
The Crow
Animal House (just for fun)
Pulp Fiction
Reservoir Dogs
I Am SamBright eyed kid: "Wow Typo Man, you're the best!"
Typo Man: "Thanks kidz, but remembir, stay in skool!"0 -
i bought singles entirely for chloe dancer/crown of thorns because i downloaded it and literally fell in love with it. then i realised i got a bloody good album as well for my cash. breath and state of love and trust are two of my favourite PJ songs and seasons and birth ritual are brilliant (birth ritual being particularly astonishing, chris's singing is mental)"I remember one night at Muzdalifa with nothing but the sky overhead, I lay awake amid sleeping Muslim brothers and I learned that pilgrims from every land — every colour, and class, and rank; high officials and the beggar alike — all snored in the same language"0

The Singles soundtrack bring back alot of "smoky" memories!! LOL

the soundtrack for 'the life aquatic' is good. vintage bowie, iggy & the stooges, etc. the seu george covers of bowie songs are great, too."Of course it hurts. You're getting fucked by an elephant."0

That has to be one of my most fav. soundtracks ever.
These cuts are leaving creases. Trace the scars to fit the pieces, to tell the story, you don't need to say a word.0 -
Judgement Night is a good one too.
PBM"We paced ourselves and we didn't rush through it and we tried to be as creative as our collective minds would let us be over some course of time instead of just trying to rush through a record"
