when I was buying them it said "you can't checkout with 0 items in your cart" so I kept trying and trying, crashing, errors, errors. Finally got the page back up after a half an hour, tried again.
"You can't purchase another set..."
Did I get them or not??? This is the craziest thing I've every been through.

    If they are in your profile, then the tickets are yours.

    That's always been the rule.

    I had the same stuff. It was finally in my cart, but I kept getting booted over and over and over again...one of the MOST stressful afternoons of my life, let me tell ya! At one point I had even entered my CC and then got the "can't display page" error message. I FINALLY got night 2 at 2:32 EST, I had clicked BUY at exactly 12 noon. I wish night one tickets had ended so happily, but at least I got 1 out of two. I am officially VERY afraid for Mansfield.

    I think a lot of people are in the exact same position as you. If they're in your profile, all's good. I know it doesn't seem 'real' until you get the confirmation e-mail, so would t help if I sent you an e-mail saying "You got your tickets!"? :)

    It's hard to complain about the organization, but it's not sufficient for such a popular band. This was a miserable situation today, bottom line.

    I had a lot of trouble too - the tickets were in my cart & then I entered my cc info, but then kept getting an error message.

    It finally took my info, the tickets are in my profile, but no confirm email yet........ugh..........
    My lips are shaking.......
