Speedy, sometimes your lack of poster knowledge really shows :)
    those posters will be $50....

    and they will be scarce....

because brad klausen has learned that if he holds on to the posters....and FLIPS them himself on his own website.....

he will make a bigger profit....

    FACT!!!

The fucking hoodies kill me...and they get my wife with that bullshit limited edition 4 of 250 shit! Easy on the "limited edition" anything crap around PJ fans...we'll buy pretty much everything.

Speedy back to your thought- They better not fuck with the poster cost. Given what you have to go through to actually "earn" one, they should stay at $25 forever.

Shit my wife will admit...she had easily births than fucking getting a poster at 06' Chi II nd Cincy!:D
when Mr. Klausen opened his website...and all of a sudden $25 posters were selling for $80-$100...

thats when the whole poster game changed....

i may be wrong....but we will soon find out....

If its anything like the ticket prices then the poster prices will increase to at least $30 maybe $35. I guarantee it.

That's because the prints on his site are signed and numbered. The $25 prints sold at the shows aren't and are made in much bigger runs

why shouldnt the artist and band make more money off the posters if their fans are gonna continue using them to profit?...

the sales ames does on their site with their excess posters always seems more reasonably priced... another reason (amongst many) i prefer them

I have a feeling they'll go for $30 but not more than that.

I know a thing or two about posters... thought I'd throw in my 2 cents.
  • No wonder people complain about the ticket prices. They spend all your money on all this other bullshit. Its all about the music people. If they handed out free hoodies and posters before the shows I would throw it right in the garbage so I didn't have to carry it for the rest of the night. That's right... Straight to the trash.. Why should you care your not going to any of the shows?

If the poster people want one they will pay whatever the price is.

Because they would sell half as many if they charged $75 for a poster. I for one would not buy one & im sure im not alone. I buy the posters as a memory of that particular show not to make money. Also like any art the consumer sets the price.

I'd buy them for whatever they sell them for... although, if they sell them over $50 I believe they should come with tube...

not gonna argue with that logic... ive had a BIG problem with this fan base from a consumer standpoint for some time... we make alot of problems for ourselves...

that being said, youre also right that they wont raise the price... i think they could still sell out if they did tho
