Critics aside, what happened to Candlebox?

I was looking through some of my older CD's and I found that I had two of their 3 records. I got into them when I was 15 and I have no clue what happened to them. Anyone on here know?

    dave krusen actually joined the band for happy pills, then they just broke up for undocumented reasons, which usually means it was just time to move on.

    Cover Me....that was a great f'in song! I used to listen to that on repeat at like 2 in the morning in college. Great song.
    No longer overwhelmed it seems so simple now.

    Love the intro to that song!! It gets a little old after a while though. Maybe one less verse would be good.

    One big thing I remember about Candlebox is the morning after the last night in the dorms my freshman year of college back in '94, (first night I heard Vitalogy by the way) some dude was BLASTING that Candlebox CD and woke everyone up on our floor. People were not happy. This is the same guy that blasted the Rocky IV soundtrack all the time. He was evil.
    No longer overwhelmed it seems so simple now.

    I only had Candlebox's first CD. Saw them open for Metallica once. Not bad!
