I've been compelled by them lately. They have a new album coming out in June? I think. They're playing in Seattle this weekend and I was thinking of going. Anyone see them? I'm really digging A Stone's Throw Away.
Don't let the world bring you down, not everyone here is that fucked up and cold. Remember why you came and while you're alive, experience the warmth before you grow old.

Best two days of my life: Oasis at MSG and Pearl Jam at the Gorge.

no, he's not, if I were to see him, i'm sure i'd flip out. Scott Mercado is, he was their original drummer.

I have flights booked, tickets purchased, hotel and car booked and now I am sick and don't know if I can go

    =(

I can't even refund my tix for the show 'cause it's too late, but I really wanted to go to this show. I hope I feel better and can make it.

you should a.) feel better, which I hope you do! and b.) it would be great to meet another PJ fan! There aren't enough in Seattle, TRUST ME. Everyone just looks at you weird if you say you love PJ.

Seriously?! I though Seattle would be chock full of PJ fans. That's a crime. But wait, what age group are we talking here?

I consider Candlebox one of the most underrated rock bands of the 90's. Lucy was a great album without having any big radio hits. I'd love to see them live.

Well, I'm 24, and most PJ fans I've met are in their 30s. I only know one other PJ fan who is 23. But yeah, we're more Indie rockers out here. Modest Mouse, Death Cab, Band of Horses, that's what's making Seattle dance now a days. Don't get me wrong, I love all those bands as well, but what really gets me is an amazing guitar solo by Mr. Mike McCready himself. I like my music to be a bit harder.

Oh I agree. SG, PJ... god I miss those days. I just wish I was 10 years older, I could have really lived out the 90s.

thank you for saying that...people are very quick to hammer on them whenever they are brought up.
