Wear whatever you want, you don't need to ask permission.0 -
if i were you, i wouldn't wear it. a buddy of mine went to a tool concert last year and he said he saw some guy with the "don't give up" pearl jam shirt on getting the shit kicked out of him and the guys doing the stomping said "this is what you get for wearing the shirt of a faggy band"."PC Load Letter?! What the fuck does that mean?"

I think I wore my PJ shirt to the TOOL show I attended and didn't get hassled."I'll do whatever the song dictates - if it doesn't need a real lead, then I won't do one. But if it does, then I'll fuckin' go off." - Mike
"Japan is awesome; the fans there knew all the words to all the songs...at least phonetically." - Stone
"I know this song so well, I can smoke a cigarette, have a drink, brush my teeth, take a shit, and mow the lawn while singing it. But I'll only be doing a couple of those things during this version." - EV0 -

You could wear a NIN shirt. NIN shirts are always appropriate (if you like them that is).
I'd consider going to this but I have a work-related event on the 14th of July.R.i.p. Rigoberto Alpizar.

you were probably wearing it inside out, or had a hoodie over it, or a zipped up jacket, or another t-shirt over the pearl jam one, or it was so old all the writing and the design was worn off."PC Load Letter?! What the fuck does that mean?"

wear whatever the fuck you want.
great part of the pre-show is checking out the chicks. i have it down to 3 types:
1. those who look like they could be going to a poison concert in the 80's, but revealing a lot more than they did in the 80s
2. goth look of baggy pants and oversized hoodie
3. girlfriend who is completely out of place
JERRY: I thought you said people dress up when they go to the opera!
KRAMER: People do, I don't.I don't want to be hostile. I don't want to be dismal. But I don't want to rot in an apathetic existance either.0 -

lol, that is very funny and mostly true. However, while I'm sure I looked like #3, I was actually "the wife who definitely wanted to be there". I love Tool, but I definitely don't "look" the part.0 -
I went to Tool in Atlantic City last week in my PJ shirt.

i wasnt asking permission to wear my pearl jam shirt i was just wondering if it would fit or not at a tool show. Im thnking more along the lines of pantera or lamb of god shirt now.
