I can't even afford going to the new show in my backyard because I blew my wad on shows further away. What a dumbass. I need to hit the lottery.
I love to turn you on

    i'm with you man.

it makes perfect logistical sense to go to that show, since i'll be in hartford the day before.

i've been to "goods" about 4 times in the last hour, but so far i've been able to resist.

i wish they'd sell out already before i cave..
i'm more a fan of popular bands.. like the bee-gees, pearl jam

5 shows... all on a credit card... won't be too bad.

edit: let me just say I'm poor in general and usually just scrape by paying rent/phone/cable/electric plus student loans... I have a credit card for emergencies with a rather high limit and that's what I used for this.

You can save money by driving in van with 7 people to the shows. But by the end you want to kill some of them. lol Or so I've heard.

Yep except for me I just can't away that long. Just one show for me.
I have 8 kids, 7 of them are 9 and under and that includes my special needs twin baby. So I really just can't be away for several shows.
I am lucky and have a husband who understands that I NEED to go to at least one show, so he will take off work and play both mom and dad while I fly to SC with my oldest daughter.

Maybe some day when the kids are older and I can find someone who will watch a kid with challenges, I can see more than one show.

Of course if they ever come back to St Louis I can do that one since it is local. Or maybe somewhere in Southern IL.

I'm in the exact same boat as you. 5 shows, high limit credit card. Although i have noticed that when it comes to Pearl Jam, i dont even look at the ticket prices because it doesnt even matter. Thats the only band in the world i can say that about... at least untill the bill comes and its $800.
    OH WELL!! well worth it.

I can't wait 'til Pearl Jam goes on tour for free like Ozzy did last year. Of course they'd have to first each get their own reality tv show and make complete idiots of themselves.

I work with kids with special needs, unfortunately it doesn't pay a whole lot, but I wouldn't change any of it. Well, it would be nice to have a little extra cash when Jam hits the road!

I am heading to hopefully 3 shows, depending on the confirmation, Hartford and Mansfields. Definitely broke, but well worth it. If I wasn't heading to Chicago to see the Cubs, I would probably give in and get the MSG shows.
