I noticed HTML code is turned off. Is this the reason for my sig. line entries not showing the links correctly?

Sounds like I answered my own question!0 -
I think there should be HTML in the sig line. It looks too much like part of the post as it is. At least have Bold, Italics, and Size.0

I'm trying to learn all this webmastery slowly, and I think that the code that uses square brackets such as is called vBulletin code, a variant of Universal Bulletin Board code (UBB). Because it's not the same kind of code as HTML (which uses <> brackets and a different code script) I'm flummoxed as to why it doesn't work in sigs, unless that is, vBulletin sigs have to be in HTML rather than vB code.0

It's an option that the mods have turned off. Simple as that. Just like Avatars and
, the mods have chosen to not allow these options. Here is the page with all the codes: http://forums.pearljam.com/misc.php?do=bbcode
They can choose what to allow us to use when and where on the board. Just like they allow0 -
you can read all about vbulletin and what it is capable of here:
http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/
armed with this bounty of information, you can now see what the admin login screens look like, what can actions can be performed as a user with admin capabilities, etc....take a look around and become amazed by the immense power that Kat and Sea wield.
dsAnd no one sings me lullabyes
And no one makes me close my eyes
So I throw the windows wide
And call to you across the sky....0 -
