Just one of those momentous days in your life where you have hope in humanity and positive views of the future.

I am sure it won't last long, but isn't it nice while it lasts!

It's like driving home after an awesome first date :D

Yep. And I remember feeling it in '97 when labour got in. I felt that my world was going to be a better place from then on, and look where we are now

    Still, hope springs eternal :)

I hope. I hope that the change that we've been needing and promised to Americans and the rest of us happens.

But, even if it doesn't, like someone said, it's brilliant to get Bush out of office.

    So loooong fuuuuckkker! :D

Yeah.. this guy hasn't even done anything yet. I'll wait until he does something that actually helps our economy before I start praising him.
Whoa, chill bro... you know you can't raise your voice like that when the lion's here.

I really hope he can make some positive changes too. He'll have to fight every step of the way and many of the goals won't ever be realized...but nothing will take away my buzz or what this win means :D

his campaign and win have already brought positive changes. people voted in record numbers, people got involved with campaigning at all levels. people feel like their vote matters. people FINALLY have a sense of HOPE.
i'd say that IS positive change !!!!!!

to all the people who got involved in any way, thank you!!!
