Why is it, no matter what they show on this show I cannot seem to pull myself away from it! Right now I'm watching how chains are made...in amazement might I add;):) and now it's bagels...can't turn it off now!!

Thats a pretty cool show. Unfortunately I got turned off of it when they showed how hatchery chicks were "made" :(

I dont even know if it comes on the discovery channel anymore. Is it just on the science channel?
    Pirates had democracy too.

  • The one on making marbles the old fashioned way was pretty excellent...

Way more complicated than I thought.
Progress is not made by everyone joining some new fad,
and reveling in it's loyalty. It's made by forming coalitions
over specific principles, goals, and policies.

  • some are kind of vague though. I, too, watch anything that's being made. I even watch that unwrapped show...

  • I was blown away by the sandpaper show.....who in the hell ever would have thought making sandpaper was that fuckin complicated.
All I have to do is revel in the everyday....then do it again tomorrow

They say every sin is deadly but I believe they may be wrong...I'm guilty of all seven and I don't feel too bad at all

It's a great show for kids. I'd much rather put that on for my 2 yo and 5yo than cartoons.

I've never seen the chick hatchery one.
