It's so annoying. I woke up Sunday morning around 3AM with a HORRIBLE ear ache that kept me up until 7AM. Now I can't hear anything out of that ear. Well its not like completly blank b ut it feels like I got a horrible case of swimmers ear that I can't get rid of. It sucks because like all of you I enjoy music A LOT and play guitar and what not so this has been the worse torture ever. I've tried ear drops, peroxide, sleeping on heating pads, plugging my nose and trying to pop my ears. NOTHING WORKS. Anyone have advice?

Did you see MMJ saturday in detroit? All my friends have shit hearing in our left ear.

I've had what you're talking about before. It just got better with time, if it was indeed the same thing.

Visit the Doc. He may need to syringe your ears. Don't stick anything in your ears to try and clear a blockage.

As my doctor once said to me "the smallest thing anyone should put in their own ears is their elbow"
  • Yea I think I'm going to have the doctor clear up my ear. This happened last year and it took four months to go away, and I'm not waiting this time. And nah I didn't see MMJ, want to though. Too bad they aren't coming anywhere near Rochester.

    Hope it clears up soon!

Seriously, this happened to me a few weeks ago. It lasted all day then went away when I yawned, though I presume you've done that by now.
