Oh no, I'm not annoyed with HIM. He's been dreading this week cos HE thought it would turn out like this but I, having met most of his friends, was reassuring him that it would be ok cos his friends 'aren't like that'. And I AM glad he told me what's going on... if I'd found out later I'd wonder why he didn't tell me. I'm just worried cos... best case scenario... the rest of his holiday is gonna be crap.

I'm just getting around to reading this, and I don't know either of you - but this doesn't sound like a guy you have to worry about. At the end of the day your BF's choices are his own to make - regardless of his douchebag friends.

I'm dumbfounded that someone's friend would try to get them to do that. I just don't get guys or that kind of thinking at all. If I was in his situation I would be as upset and angry as he seems to be, and he definitely did the right thing by telling you, which tells you he has no intention of giving into their demands. But we knew that anyway.

He absolutely adores you, and there's no way in hell he'd choose sex with some "meat market" girl (who i'm sure just oozes class by the way ) over what he has with you. He isn't that kinda guy...he knows it's just sex and that what you two have is very hard to find.

If you ever meat these "friends" just beat them over the head with a potato.

Ah that sucks, Hels that his friends would be such asses but as already said I don't think you have anything to worry about!! Why encourage someone to cheat??? Anyway that would be a WHOLE other thread!

Thanks and yep, I agree. I'm not the kinda girl though to say 'cheat and I'll fucking kill you', I like to think I can trust him enough to make that kinda decision himself. He seems to be doing quite well though

Hahaha... yep, I'm sure they ooze class indeed . This is the first of this kinda holiday he's been on and they're really not the right kinds of places to go if you're in a relationship. I've done these kinds of holidays years ago so I knew more than him what to expect... I think he's just in shock over the whole setup perhaps

Hahahaha... yeh it would . I've seen groups of guys like this before... and in fairness there usually ARE one or two who just want to get drunk and enjoy themselves... I'm not sure I've ever seen any of the others trying to pressure them into anything though :mad:

His phone's still off Our conversations (as do most peoples) tend to be much more exaggerated when we're drunk so I'd like to talk to him early today while there's still a reasonably good chance he's sober, lol, cos it could be that he was just overreacting! It didn't sound like it though!
