i fucking can't stand them!
i want my AC/DC ADA seats now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

it's been two hours since i called and requested them.

my email to them:
Ticketmaster treats disabled costumers differently

I go thru this every concert season.

You have to leave a message if you want ADA seating.
WHY CAN’T I BUY MY SEATS IN REALTIME AS EVERYBODY ELSE!

What if they don’t understand my message?
Now I’m tied to my phone all day until they return my call. It’s not right. Other customers don’t have to jump thru these hoops!

Assign a phone number and a person to answer calls to buy ADA seating for all venues.
Mark your disabled customers disabled on their ticketmaster online accounts so they can but ADA seats online.



if they're sold out by the time they call, i'm hiring a lawyer. :mad:

    Can you call the venue direct? I did this to get KOL tix for their UK tour. Got through and bought three tickets for the wheelchair section in less than 5 minutes. Easiest tix I ever bought.

    The venue had a dedicated disabilty access hotline. See if yours has the same. You can usually get the number from their website if it's a big venue. Good Luck :)

    verizon center told me to call a number for ada seats. a number i called two hours ago.

    it's sold out
    i asked if ada was sold out. she didn't know.

    i called 45 mins after seats went on sale.

    if this blows up in my face, this will be the last time i try to buy ada seats. i'll buy a regular seat, they'll move me to ada. fuck the able-bodied SOB who could've used that seat.

    when the system does not work, it effects EVERYBODY!

    If you buy online there is an option for disability seating-why not just do that????

    edit:
    I see Verizon doesnt have that option-pretty silly

    But keep at it, I bet they will accomodate you

    you have to call/email them and wait for a call back.

    yeah.......that's one reason why i posted here. i want everybody to know what a hassel it is to be disabled at times. not to get pitty but for awareness. people just have no clue and i get that. i'm hopeing if more abled-bodied people know what's it's for me and people like myself, things might slowly get better.
