I realize what you are saying and you make an EXCELLENT point, I, too, (while I hide in COMPLETE shame) used to "log on" to TMZ.com.- DAILY! And then I ONE day I had an "apiphony" (sp.....?). And decided that this makes me as bad as the Papparozzi! I sucked. However, I have since corrected myself. Also - I am going as GREEN as I can - as well as other things in my life. I figured- I was kinda moving into a "loser" status - when I started giving a shit when Britney's next screw up would be (an example.) I was becming a loser when I started sinking to that level. Stupid me - and to be honest - I WAS quite bored with my life at the time. I just chose to NOT pay attention to this kind of stuff anymore! It bled my brain, as well as my time - un-necessarily! I like to think, for the most part, I have my wits about me! Which is why I was on the "fast-track" to "Loser-ville." Take care!

I guess for guys like me, we have ESPN and Sports Illustrated! :D
I think the first time hearing about TMZ is when Heath Ledger died. But I guess it's becoming the FoxNews of entertainment TV.

But ESPN is one of my site addictions though, behind the Pit of course.

I have nothing against FOXnews but everytime I try to watch any of their programs I just want to smash the damn TV. You wouldn't believe who I hate the most on that network; it's not Reilly nor Hannity, though both are blowhard sleazeballs in my opinion but I actually hate Allan Combs the most. He alsways seems like he's Hannity's little bitch everytime they argue. I highly doubts he's even a liberal. :p

CNN's Nancy Grace is just as bad. I swear, if you have a pair of balls and a penis, you're always guilty of something in her eyes.

Believe me .....I have watched enough Hannity and Colmes to actually understand your pain. And I agree with you - it does appear as though Colmes is Hannity's "bitch." I myself (husband included) used to wake up each morning and watch "Fox and Friends." We have our own issues with that these days. I am speaking to you as a Democrat - and then die-hard-Republican...and now - Neither. I don't even want to vote this year. It's all the same to me. SSDD.

No! Apparently just YOU and those attempting to sell his "childhood" home. Ya'll should exchange phone numbers. Appears that you have at least ONE thing in common with them. (Zero respect for PJ) And I don't find your sense of humor funny at all.

Wow, take a chill pill. I would guess that my intended sarcasm regarding pictures of people in the bathroom may point to my opinion of the practice.

I put that in because he had been banned. Your question made me realize that could be misinterpreted and there are likely people here that know him personally. So my sig is edited.

    Just to make a point
when I traveled Europe with my wife we HAD to visit stratford upon avon to visit the place that Shakespeare lived in. my wife insisted.
we also visted places where some great authors lived ( not sure of names )
yeas it wasnt my cup of tea, I sat in the car mostly ( beacause they charged $$) but I did insist on visiting Jim Morrisons Grave when we were near the cemetary in pariswhere he was buried.

Im no stalker or even a celebrity hound of any type. I cant even think of why I needed to do that but to pay my respects to a small part of my young life

I also visited strawberry fields and penny lane in Liverpool, but didnt swing by the beatles old neihbourhood

It is a nice house. But it's a HOUSE! Make me understand your reasoning. Unless you are a Real Estate Agent - I just don't get it. I've seen MUCH nicer homes.
i could care less who lived there. i live in a shoe box in the city of the chicago and to me that looks like a sick ass house! end of story.
Further back and forth a wave will break on me, today...

That's way too much in my area but is it reasonable in Southern Cali? What's the average home going for over there?

Yeah, that's a pretty average house and price for coastal southern California.
It's really just a tract house in a large subdivision. It's off a very busy main boulevard, not near the beach.

In the late 70's/early 80's it was probably worth less than $100k. And I agree, it's pretty cheesy to make such a big deal of the EV connection so many years after the fact. Especially the "Grammy Winner" part.
And who picked those paint colors?!

[Full disclosure: I've been to the houses where the Beatles grew up in Liverpool and stood on the spot where Lennon met McCartney. It was oddly thrilling.]

Talk about your "average southern California" tract house! Looking at the front of the house and the shots of the first floor, it's the same exact tract home model where a childhood friend of mine lived. And that was in a different subdivision two miles to the north!

The musical slideslow was a kick. Seriously how much of a selling point would that slide show be to anyone outside of San Diego? I'm left wondering where did the realtor get the musak... and why didn't she use a PJ song? Copyright issues?

Bottom line is, it's a typical tract house where Eddie lived his not-so-perfect years in high school. Kind of bittersweet if you ask me.

You're totally welcome, dieguito96. Great to meet such a nice guy from the same hometown. Next San Diego show, it'll be your turn to score us second row seats!
