am i the only one scared by 69charger's vast knowledge of assault weaponery... :D
oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

What for? (Is that even legal?)

    Because I can :D

The guns I own are technically Romanian AKM's a modernized stamped metal receiver version of the AK-47. They are semi-automatic rifles. There is nothing illegal about owning them.

Ask me about my .50 cal ;)

Why be scared? I'm just someone you can turn to when you have problems or questions with your own military style semi-automatic firearms ;)

I was shooting my .22 cal pistol at the NRA shooting range and some dude next to me was taking shots with his semi-automatic AK-47. I felt like quite a pussy. That thing was loud as fuck. I'd hate to get shot by one of them because that thing was creating sparks on the backdrop of the range.

Yeah but you can buy 500 rounds of .22 for $12! A lot more economical than the $0.29/rd he was shooting. I own a Ruger 10/22 and it is one of my favorites. It goes to the range with me every time.

Cool we use a Ruger .22 Mark III Target Pistol. I'm not sure why but it's been jamming. It gets the brass stuck in the bolt when it tries to eject it. I'm not sure if I'm not cleaning it correctly or what.

For a college student who can't afford rounds though, it's ideal.

You can own a mini-gun for $400,000+. There are rumored to only be about 7 legally transferable mini-guns in existence. The rest are post '86 dealer samples and are only available to class III dealers and law enforcement.

When I worked on the C-130H Spectre Gunship, i got to see some live firings of the 20mm Vulcan and the 40MM Bofors cannons up at the China Lake Naval Weapons Testing Facility. It was pretty damn impressive.
We witnessed tests on floor mounts for the guns. Them fuckers were loud and you could feel the concussion and the heat coming off of it. That was a fun business trip even though I wasn't the one that got to ride in the F-18.

I rather spend 400 grand on that gun than like a yacht or something. If I had that kind of money to spend on toys, that is. :D
